Here Freddy is a dangerous thug, plotting some no good dirty deed, or figuring out away of framing a younger, aspiring criminal he's taken under his wing. No good at all. He might be Freddys imaginary evil cousin, who doesn't really look that much like Freddy, but why should he? they're just cousins after all.
